Refund Policy At Eye of Talent Creations, every luxury picnic is custom-designed and reserved specifically for your event date. For this reason, the following refund policy applies: Reservation Retainer
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your booking date. Once a reservation is confirmed, the retainer cannot be refunded under any circumstances.Client Cancellations
More than 30 days before the event: Payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer may be applied as a credit toward a future event within 90 days, subject to availability.
15–30 days before the event: No refunds will be issued; however, one reschedule may be permitted within 90 days, subject to availability.
Less than 15 days before the event: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Weather-Related Events
Luxury picnics are outdoor events and are subject to weather conditions. If severe weather is expected, clients may:Reschedule their event within 90 days at no additional charge (subject to availability), or
Relocate the event to a suitable indoor location provided by the client.
Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions.Company Cancellation
If Eye of Talent Creations is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued, or the client may choose to reschedule.No-Shows
Failure to appear at the scheduled event location and time will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued.Early Event Termination
No refunds will be provided for events ended early by the client, guests, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the control of Eye of Talent Creations.Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
