Delivery Method: Choose from Customer Pickup, Delivery Only, Delivery & Pickup, or Full-Service Setup & Breakdown. Delivery fees vary based on distance, order size, and setup requirements. Customers selecting pickup are responsible for transportation, loading, unloading, and timely return of all rental items.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Non-refundable deposits, retainers, and cancellation fees are not eligible for refunds. Clients will be notified once a refund has been processed.
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your rental date. The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and approved payment platforms. Orders are not guaranteed until payment is received. Additional fees may apply for damages, missing items, or late returns.
