1. Reservation & Payment

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. Reservations are not confirmed until the retainer and signed agreement are received.

2. Setup & Breakdown

Eye of Talent Creations will provide setup and breakdown services for luxury picnic packages unless otherwise agreed. Clients must ensure the event area is accessible and ready at the scheduled setup time.

3. Event Duration

Luxury picnic packages include the rental period specified in the booking agreement. Additional time may be available for an extra fee and must be arranged in advance.

4. Weather Policy

Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. In the event of rain, high winds, severe weather, or unsafe conditions, the client may:

• Reschedule within 90 days (subject to availability), or
• Move the event to a suitable indoor location provided by the client.

No refunds will be issued due to weather.

5. Damage & Missing Items

The client is responsible for any damage, theft, loss, stains, burns, or excessive cleaning required for rented items during the rental period. Replacement or repair costs will be charged to the client.

6. Food & Beverages

Eye of Talent Creations does not provide food or beverages unless specifically included in the package. Clients are responsible for complying with all local food safety regulations.

7. Candles & Open Flames

Battery-operated candles may be provided. Open flames, fireworks, sparklers, grills, or cooking equipment are prohibited unless approved in writing.

8. Venue Requirements

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, venue approvals, parking arrangements, and permissions required for the event location.

9. Liability

Eye of Talent Creations is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, lost items, or incidents occurring during the event. Clients and guests participate at their own risk.

10. Decorations & Custom Items

Customized signage, personalized items, balloons, florals, and specialty décor may vary slightly from photos due to availability and seasonal changes.

11. Cancellations

• More than 30 days before the event: payments may be applied toward a future event date.
• Less than 30 days before the event: all payments are non-refundable.
• No-shows forfeit all payments made.

12. Cleanup

Clients are expected to remove all personal belongings, food, beverages, and trash before the scheduled breakdown time. Excessive cleanup may result in additional charges.

13. Alcohol

If alcohol is served, the client assumes full responsibility for all guests and compliance with local laws. Eye of Talent Creations does not provide alcohol service unless specifically contracted.

14. Photography

Eye of Talent Creations reserves the right to photograph event setups and use photographs for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

15. Acceptance

By submitting payment and/or signing a rental agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
